1. Agreement and changes
By accessing or using DARO, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these Terms as DARO evolves. The revised date will appear above, and additional notice will be provided when required.
2. Accounts and responsible use
When accounts are available, provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account.
You may not misuse DARO, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls or usage limits, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, upload malicious material, infringe rights, unlawfully collect or disclose personal information, or use the service for illegal, deceptive, harassing, or harmful purposes.
3. Information about other people
You may choose to create private gifting profiles about people in your life. You are responsible for having a lawful and appropriate basis for the information you enter, using it respectfully, and avoiding highly sensitive information that is unnecessary for gifting. Do not use DARO to surveil, profile, harass, discriminate against, or harm another person.
4. Your content and sharing
You retain rights you hold in content you provide. You give Rendeavored a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, improve, and support DARO and comply with law.
Sharing is optional and off by default under the current architecture. You are responsible for the fields you select and the people with whom you share a link. Stopping sharing or rotating a link prevents future access through the old link but cannot undo information already viewed, copied, saved, or imported. An imported shared profile is a one-time copy controlled by the importing user.
5. Éléonore and AI-generated information
Éléonore offers ideas and organizational assistance, not professional advice. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or repetitive. Budget ranges are estimates; retailer prices, availability, delivery timing, product safety, fit, and suitability may change. Review recommendations and use your own judgment before saving, sharing, or purchasing anything.
Éléonore does not place orders, make purchases, or act without the user’s explicit action under the current architecture.
6. Merchants, purchases, and third-party services
DARO generally helps users discover and organize gift ideas. Unless a page expressly states otherwise, Rendeavored is not the seller or merchant of record and does not process the retail transaction. A third-party merchant is responsible for its products, pricing, inventory, checkout, payment processing, taxes, shipping, fulfilment, delivery, cancellations, returns, refunds, exchanges, product claims, safety, and warranties.
Your purchase is governed by the merchant’s terms and privacy policy. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not guarantee or endorse the site, merchant, or product. Resolve transaction issues with the merchant, while letting us know about a broken or misleading DARO link.
7. Affiliate relationships
DARO may use affiliate links in the future and may earn a commission from qualifying purchases without increasing the price paid to DARO. Affiliate status does not change the merchant’s responsibility for the transaction or DARO’s commitment to present recommendations based on relevance. See the Affiliate Disclosure.
8. DARO intellectual property
DARO, Gifts by DARO, Éléonore, site design, software, text, graphics, logos, and other service materials are owned by Rendeavored or its licensors and protected by applicable law. Subject to these Terms, Rendeavored gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose. No rights are granted by implication.
9. Availability, suspension, and termination
We may change, pause, or discontinue features; impose reasonable limits; or suspend access when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. You may stop using DARO at any time and may use available account-deletion controls when offered.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, DARO is provided “as is” and “as available.” Rendeavored disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing. We do not warrant that recommendations, product information, reminders, shared profiles, links, or third-party services will be accurate, available, secure, or suitable for your needs. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rendeavored and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or opportunities, arising from DARO or third-party merchants and services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Contact and legal review
Questions about these Terms may be sent through our contact route. Governing-law, venue, arbitration, and company mailing-address provisions have intentionally not been stated because those business decisions and facts have not yet been confirmed. Rendeavored should obtain legal review before public app launch.
